Michael Bulgarelli founds CoStaff Services with one fundamental question in mind: “If I were the client, how would I build my service offering?” With a people-focused mindset and company priorities clear, CoStaff sets out to become a leader in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.
Creating a culture of service
CoStaff launches CoStaff Benefit Services, an employee benefit agency servicing its PEO clients, as well as benefits-only clients that work direct to the insurance carriers. This expanded offering helps CoStaff grow rapidly and enables them to offer employee benefits-only services in addition to comprehensive HR services.
Empowering clients & their teams
Building onto their existing suite of best-in-class services and products, CoStaff adds a state-of-the-art HRIS platform in PrismHR for clients, extending through volume purchasing power their ability to attract and retain top talent with Fortune-500 benefits offerings through BlueCross BlueShield, Blue Care Network, Unum, Captrust, Omega Benefit Strategies and other elite institutions.
